Established Sawyer Solutions, Inc. in 2003 as an S-Corporation, Roanoke, VA. Elizabeth's vision is to provide a one-stop-shop solution to businesses. Stephen Sawyer

Stephen was published in HealthCare IT News journal, September 2004 for creating and implementing, "HR-e360°." HR-e360° began as an electronic theory, "e-theory" and later became an electronic solution, "e-solution."

Stephen successfully interfaced multiple human resources business systems and reduced Employment and Compliance manual processes by 35%. The concept redirects the manual processes from the human resource assistant(s) to an applicant.

After an applicant submits his employment application the applicant's data is electronically passed to multiple human resource business systems. Eliminating 35+ manual reports tracked in Excel and other systems, increases data integrity, reduces duplicate data entry, decreases full-time staff, streamlines internal HR departmental processes and communications.

"HR-e360°," saved Carilion Health System, Human Resources over $80,000 the first year. Since Stephen's publication "HR-e360°" has grown encompassing new business systems interfaces, while costs savings continue to rise and been invited to present at various venues.
